Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation More than 24 Hours in Advance:
• Customers must cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment to receive a full refund.
• In the event of weather affecting our ability to perform the service, we will reschedule the appointment. After three unsuccessful rescheduling attempts due to weather, a full refund will be triggered. The customer can then book a new appointment if desired.
2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Appointment:
• If a customer cancels within 24 hours of the appointment, regardless of weather conditions, a $15 cancellation fee will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded.
3. Cancellation Within 12 Hours of Appointment:
• If a customer cancels within 12 hours of the appointment, regardless of weather conditions, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded.
4. Interruption During Service:
• If a customer needs to use their vehicle while we are providing services, our detailers will not resume, and no refund will be offered. Regardless of the pricing plan or regular booked service, if the customer wants the services to resume, they will need to book a new appointment for the full service.
5. Right to Cancel Appointments:
• We reserve the right to cancel any appointment at any time.
