Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (Condensed) We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair to both our customers and our service providers. Please review our cancellation guidelines below. 1. Cancellation More Than 48 Hours in Advance Customers who cancel more than 48 hours before their scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. In cases where weather prevents service, we’ll attempt to reschedule up to three (3) times within 30 days. If rescheduling is unsuccessful, a full refund will be issued. 2. Cancellation Within 48 Hours Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a $15 cancellation fee. The remainder of the service fee will be refunded. 3. Cancellation Within 24 Hours Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a $25 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded. 4. No-Show or Vehicle Unavailable If our service provider arrives and the vehicle is not available or accessible, the appointment is considered a No-Show. A $25 fee will be charged, and any remaining balance will be refunded. This includes situations where a customer forgets or fails to leave the vehicle accessible after providing instructions. 5. Interruption During Service If a customer needs to use their vehicle during the service, work will stop and no refund will be given. A new appointment must be booked and paid for in full to complete the service. 6. Company Right to Cancel Purify Car Care reserves the right to cancel any appointment at any time for any reason.
