Cancellation Policy

By booking a service with Purify Car Care, you agree to the terms below. 1. Booking Hold A non-refundable Booking Hold is required to reserve your appointment. The amount is calculated based on your selected services and displayed at checkout. The Booking Hold is never refunded. This includes cancellations, missed appointments, weather-related issues, dissatisfaction with service, or claims of vehicle damage. The Booking Hold is a reservation fee and is separate from the service price. Any service concerns or damage claims must be reported promptly and reviewed separately. To submit a claim, please visit: https://www.purifycarcare.com/claims 2. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment cannot be rescheduled. 3. No-Shows & Vehicle Availability If the technician arrives and the vehicle is not available, accessible, or ready for service, the appointment is considered a no-show. In these cases: The Booking Hold is not refunded The Detailing service payment will be refunded 4. Company Cancellations If Purify Car Care cancels due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, the Booking Hold will be applied as a credit toward a future appointment. No cash refunds are issued.
